You are a unique, one-of-a-kind person; therefore, our sessions will be tailored specifically to you and your needs. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, substance use, and dissociative disorders. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a trained yoga teacher. My goal is to make sure you feel seen and supported. Life can be difficult, but you do not have to go through it alone. It can be challenging to find the therapist that is the right fit for you. That is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for all new clients.
