I enjoy working with people ages 15+, especially in minority communities. I also have a special interest in working with folks who work with animals professionally (veterinarians, groomers, dog trainers etc.) because of my personal background in that area. If you are struggling with trauma, lack of motivation, burnout, panic, challenging behaviors, or low self-esteem, please reach out. Stella is my certified therapy dog who comes to work with me and I also specialize in brainspotting, exposure, and hypnosis when working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD. I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and to be gently pushed to live their best lives.
