Haley Cannon
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
My goal is to provide a safe and empowering space for all.
Welcome! Throughout the course of my career I have primarily worked with adolescents and adults who come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of challenges. Much of my treatment specializations can benefit those who struggle with issues related to trauma, OCD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, life adjustments, LGBTQIA+ challenges, relationship challenges, and more. My intention is to guide you in living a more meaningful life by building trust, showing compassion, and providing a non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to walk through the complexities of life. For me, I know building a secure therapeutic relationship is crucial to the process. I aim to achieve this by bringing genuine curiosity, warmth, humor, and authenticity into my sessions. Coming from a social work background, I also have a deep understanding of how systems impact each of us uniquely. It is my goal to honor these circumstances using a person-in-environment framework and following it with trauma-informed care. I currently have training in ACT, ExRP, DBT, and TF-CBT. If any of these approaches feel like a good match for you, I would be privileged to work alongside you in reaching your goals.
