As your therapist, I will stand with you in the mess, and together we will work on putting some order into whatever that chaos is in your life that is making you feel depressed, anxious, stressed or just plain out of control. I will encourage you to find your voice, stand up for yourself against others (even your family), find your happiness and most importantly to stop just striving to be a survivor, but instead to fight harder to be a warrior! Not just any warrior though, to be YOUR warrior.
