Gretchen Campbell
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I started Grow, Encourage, Empower in 2015 with the goal of being able to meet people where they are at and assist them with making healthy changes.
I'm Gretchen the owner of Grow, Encourage, Empower a small group practice in Downtown Cary. I've been in the mental health field for over 20 years and have served and worked with a very diverse population from the child/adol to young adults across different spectrums of life to include, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, juvenile justice, adult corrections, substance abuse population and beyond. My passion for working with young adults comes from my own experience as a young adult and the many obstacles that I had to face. I know that having a safe space while going through a huge life transition like college is crucial to success. My hope is that I'm able to provide that space for each client from the initial session where I'm getting to know you and your story too creating a treatment plan with you so that we are able to work on the goals that are important for you while pursing your education. The therapeutic journey is yours and you will always be in the driving seat while I provide support, education and skills to help you navigate it.
