Gretchen (Grow Encourage Empower) Campbell
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Grow, Encourage, Empower is a collective group of therapist serving college students throughout the RDU area and beyond.
Grow, Encourage, Empower was established to service young adults going through life transitions. As a young adult there were many obstacles that I had to face and having a safe place that's supportive was crucial. We at GEE approach therapy and the therapeutic relationship as a building process. Meeting our clients where they are at is extremely important to the therapeutic rapport. From the start of treatment, clients are included in on what their treatment will look like, by creating treatment plan with their therapist to help identify what goals they want to achieve. All therapist are skilled and trained in treatment modalities fit to address depression, anxiety, transitional stress, peer/family relationship issues, trauma etc.
