Greta graduated in 2007 from Emporia State University with a BS in Sociology. She received her Master’s in Social Work from KU in 2020.
Greta’s therapeutic approach is grounded in open-mindedness, compassion, motivation, and empowerment. She firmly believes that therapy aids in self-discovery, empowering individuals to recognize their strengths and catalyze continuous growth, transformation, and the pursuit of their full potential. Greta adopts an integrative approach to psychotherapy. Her foundation lies in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, she is currently pursuing additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) at Family Psychological Services.
