Quality and affordable therapy

My goal is to help people become the best version of themselves and I will work with you on whatever your goals may be. While therapy is not necessarily fun and something that people look forward to, I like to inject humor into my sessions so that everyone can feel more relaxed. Not everyone responds to one therapeutic style, so the technique that I use will depend upon what brings you to meet with me along with which one you think that you will respond to more. Therapy is collaborative and is not decided upon by the therapist.
