I provide individual therapy for young adults and adults. I specialize in helping men connect with their emotional experience to improve well-being.

I provide individual therapy for both young adults and adults. I have extensive experience working with clients who have or are currently experiencing, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, loneliness, trauma, academic or career distress, identity development, and/or difficult life transitions. I also have specific training and experience working with men who are experiencing emotional distress and/or social isolation. I feel privileged to help clients feel more connected with themselves and others. Having trained in both short and on-going counseling approaches, I have a unique ability to balance providing clients with tools to support symptom reduction while also helping them engage in deeper counseling work in order to facilitate longer-term change. I believe that a caring, understanding, and empathetic therapeutic relationship is the foundation of his work with clients.
