Culturally-attuned therapy for the Asian community by Anise Health. Submit our intake form to be instantly matched with a therapist who understands you.

Hello! I'm a therapist at Anise Health, a digital mental health platform dedicated to offering culturally-attuned care for the Asian community. Here, you can be your full self with therapists and coaches who truly understand your background, culture, and unique lived experiences. To schedule an intake session, please submit our short intake form (<5 mins) by clicking the "Schedule Online" button. If you want to work with me, we would be happy to prioritize that match! When filling out your intake form, select "MiResource" when asked "How did you hear about us?" and enter my name directly into the notes. I want you to feel seen and supported as you explore your inner life and relationships in a deeper way. I work from an attachment-based framework and a decolonized lens, weaving in tools like CBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy alongside mindfulness and self-compassion. I believe in your innate potential for growth and healing, and I bring authenticity and integrity as guiding values in our work together. In our sessions, you'll find an empathic, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your beliefs, feelings, and responses, while gradually build more connection, understanding, and acceptance. Before I became a therapist, I worked as a lawyer, and now I love to laugh and spend time in nature when I'm not in session. We look forward to supporting your journey!
