I work with individuals who are feeling “stuck” & uncertain of what’s next or seeking to deepen relationships with themselves and others.

I help clients work through relationship concerns, anxiety, identity exploration, family of origin issues, trauma, grief and loss, and with LGBTQIA+ clients wanting to process the varied challenges and pleasures of life. I also work with folks who have previously gained useful skills from therapy and are seeking a deeper, more embodied understanding of the root of their concerns. I am not here to give you answers, but rather to endeavor with you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, challenges, goals, and strengths. I will bring warmth, empathy, nonjudgment, curiosity, and sometimes humor to our shared space, and will treat you as the expert of your own experience. I use a collaborative style to explore what works for you, integrating primarily relational psychodynamic (bringing unconscious patterns and parts of yourself into conscious awareness) and mindfulness-based somatic approaches (immersion in present-moment experience). I am deeply committed to approaching this work with an anti-oppressive lens and will joyfully explore practices that are culturally resonant, identity-affirming, and personally meaningful to you.
