I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, identities, and orientations.

I offer a space of non-judgment, empathy, and support in which clients can feel safe to open up and share their authentic selves. I believe that taking a holistic approach to mental health is helpful in regards to making progress and improving overall well-being. This can include diving into how our emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and intellectual wellness all interact with and impact one another. We'll work together to create a treatment plan and goals, knowing that there is no one-size-fits-all plan. I have worked in university, in-home, and outpatient settings for the past 5 years and specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, but have experience working with all ages. If this speaks to you and you feel we'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
