Grace (Gray) Lucas
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
A person-centered therapist who values the strength of the therapeutic relationship--having mutual respect, practicing vulnerability, and building trust.
Hi, I'm Gray and I am a trauma-informed therapist that has worked in university, in-home, and outpatient settings for more than 6 years. I offer a space of non-judgment, empathy, and support in which clients can feel safe to open up and share their authentic selves. This includes all gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, but have experience working with all ages. My current interests include depression, the body-mind connection, interpersonal relationships, insomnia, life transitions, and self-esteem. I believe that taking a holistic approach to mental health is helpful in regards to making progress and improving overall well-being. This can include diving into how our emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and intellectual wellness all interact with and impact one another. We'll work together to create a treatment plan and goals that work best for you. If this speaks to you and you feel we'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
