I help adults navigate anxiety, OCD, and trauma using evidence-based and compassionate care.

Hi, I’m Grace! I am a therapist with a trauma-informed approach who supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. My counseling style is informed by evidenced-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In therapy, I believe in more than just symptom management. We’ll work together to understand the roots of the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, so you can move forward with greater clarity, self-understanding, and confidence. Outside of my work, I love reading, crocheting, and spending time with my three cats. I bring the same grounded energy into my sessions, offering a space where you can feel safe, supported, and seen.
