I am a Resident in Counseling and Provisional Art Therapist working in Charlottesville Virginia. I provide both telehealth and in-person sessions.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy and tailor treatment to my clients' specific needs. I view a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for a healing journey and pride myself in my ability to make people from all backgrounds feel safe and heard. My art therapy training allows me to offer creative ways to engage with clients, in addition to talk therapy. Sessions may be mainly working through artmaking, mainly verbally processing, or a combination of both, as I strive to meet each client where they are at each day.
