Gina Williamson
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I am a former UHS psychologist, and specialize in disordered eating, body image concerns, and trauma healing.
Gina views therapy as a collaborative process, where you get to be the expert on you, and she gets to provide additional perspectives and skills to help you move toward your goals. With shared humanity, warmth, and humor, Gina can help you to make changes in your life from a place of self-compassion instead of self-criticism; strengthen your mind-body connection; and remember how to trust yourself and others. Gina has particular interest and training in the following concerns: eating disorders, trauma, sexual assault, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions.
