Gilbey Reilly

Gilbey Reilly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey who has been providing clinical services since 2020. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University and has extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Her therapeutic approach is primarily client-centered, integrating elements from various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, and Parenting Skills. Gilbey's clinical philosophy focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and validating environment where patients feel supported in exploring their thoughts and feelings. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys gardening, caring for her houseplants, reading, and spending time in nature with her dog, family, and friends.
