I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience and a passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive. One of the most important indicators of treatment success is the connection between client and therapist. I strive to cultivate a safe working relationship in which you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in order to help untangle them. As a therapist, my goal is to support clients in their journey by using individualized treatment approaches. I use a strength-based, client-centered, and eclectic approaches and have extensive experience implementing family based, interpersonal, parent, and trauma-based treatments. I treat challenges associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationships among others. I use an eclectic approach and draw from my experience using evidenced based practices.
