Therapy can sometimes be difficult so I strive to create a safe environment for our work based on respect and trust where you can feel accepted and honored regardless of what we work on. Over 30 plus years I’ve worked with a wide variety of people, settings and approaches so I can try to tailor what we do to best fit your needs. I’ve gained experience in working with relationships, trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, and all types of addictions. Often my client and I just work on finding peace, direction and meaning.
