Helps adults with anxiety, panic, and OCD understand their symptoms, shift patterns, and find relief through therapy and medication management.
You might be here because life feels overwhelming, your thoughts won’t slow down, your body is on high alert, or you’re stuck in cycles of avoidance, doubt, or discomfort. I work with adults navigating anxiety, panic, and OCD who want to understand what’s happening in their mind and body, and begin to relate to themselves with more calm, clarity, and connection. Anxiety is the mind’s threat-detection system trying to protect you, but when it becomes overactive, it can mislabel everyday situations, thoughts, or sensations as dangerous. Avoiding those triggers might ease things in the short term, but it often reinforces anxiety in the long run. Therapy offers a space to interrupt that cycle, explore the roots of fear, and shift longstanding patterns. I offer medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and therapy to adults in Florida and Massachusetts. My approach integrates internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy. I often work with people experiencing panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, or OCD, diagnoses where non-dangerous experiences are interpreted as threats, and where therapy can support nervous system flexibility, self-understanding, and agency. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, often formed early in life, that shape how you think, feel, and act. We’ll look at how those patterns are serving you, and whether they still make sense. By increasing awareness and loosening the grip of unconscious dynamics, you can begin to live in ways that feel more intentional and aligned with your values. I completed my MD at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. My training includes a year-long psychoanalytic fellowship at the Boston Psychoanalytic Institute, where I deepened my understanding of unconscious processes and character structure. I’m passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized care in a system that often prioritizes efficiency over complexity. I’m especially interested in how clinical care, technology, and systems can work together to expand access to meaningful mental health care. Outside of work, I stay active, spend time with the people who matter to me, and maintain a consistent practice of mindfulness and self-reflection. If you’re curious about getting started, even if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, I invite you to reach out. We can explore what care might look like, at your pace, and on your terms.
