I provide medication management and psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD (diagnosis, testing, and treatment), anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and other mood disorders. I use integrative medicine, which includes evidence-based care such as mindfulness, movement, psychotherapy, prescription medication, nutrition, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, and other modalities to help you create an individualized care plan.
