I'm a warm, highly-attuned and experienced adult and couples psychotherapist.

I work with adults and couples in a highly attuned, caring, and deeply respectful way. I have considerable experience working with university students, faculty and staff in overcoming painful anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, school and job-related stress, loss, and the challenges of creating a truly meaningful life. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and lifestyles, and will tailor my approach to your needs. I work with couples in traditional and non-traditional relationships. I particularly enjoy helping couples from different backgrounds overcome differences in styles and expectations. I earned my degree and trained at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and continue to participate in ongoing training, consultation, and therapeutic work. I welcome diversity of all kinds. All are welcome. If you'd like to talk more about your unique situation and how I can help, please call me at 202.256.4357.
