Galana (Dr. Galana) Chookolingo, Ph.D.
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
My goal is to help you process and overcome personal traumatic events so you can resume living your life to the absolute fullest.
I am a trauma-informed CBT and DBT psychologist. I will use our first session to gather more information about what you have been struggling with and to really try to understand the issues that have been causing you pain. We will create a plan of action and goals for our continued sessions. Some people find that therapy is brief and short-term in nature while others may experience a longer stint in therapy. It all depends on what you are wanting to work through.
