I welcome all diversity and ages within my scope of practice. I have an expertise in trauma for adults needing help from childhood trauma using EMDR.

I use a holistic approach, with many domains of therapeutic interventions. I go at your pace for healing from depression, anxiety, or traumas. I ask clients to look at themselves to determine your road to self determination. I share my road to healing in a general way when asked. I also believe I can not stop learning myself in order to help my clients with this generation of world issues.
