I have been working in the mental health field since 2016 in a variety of treatment settings including corrections, inpatient, outpatient to now in both a public and private practice setting. I enjoy working with a variety of clients in creating a personalized treatment experience to meet client's individual treatment needs. I approach treatment from a person-centered perspective, in which I see each client as a unique individuals and help clients identify the best solutions for themselves to make the best changes in their lives. Additionally, I specialize in utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients manage symptoms of Childhood Trauma, Complex-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more! I work with clients who have a variety of backgrounds, identities, and histories who are ready to make changes to improve their mental health. I have a variety time slots to accommodate a variety of scheduling needs.
