Hi! I'm Gabby, and I am so glad you are here. I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years in the field. I believe the brain and body are adaptive and wired for healing and I believe healing is possible. I use a blended approach of research backed therapy such as EMDR, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I specialize in anxiety and chronic pain/illness and am passionate about helping my patients move forward and reclaim their narratives and lives. My relationships are grounded in authenticity, humor, empathy, and curiosity. I understand no two individuals are the same, and your sessions are tailored to you and your goals.
