I have been in practice for 15 years treating children, adolescents and adults in various treatment settings including an acute crisis unit, college counseling center, multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic and private practice. Over the years, I have honed in on my skill set to provide compassionate, individualized and evidence based treatment to clients to allow them to successfully manage their mental health needs. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, relationship and family conflicts, self-esteem difficulties, life transitions and adjustment difficulties.
