Frances Greenstein
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
You matter. We all matter. If you are seeking support in your journey, I am wanting to support that process.
I have been practicing for 35+ years, working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings. Life is exciting and fun, it can also be challenging, confusing and hard at times. I want to help support you in your times of transitions, stuckness and difficulties, as well as when you are seeking and longing for next stages and new meaning for your life. I value parts work, tuning inward, being aware of our internal messages that guide us. Then the work is choosing which ones we want to listen to, being aware of which ones come from truama and which ones from our core, so that we can heal the ones that trip us up.
