Life is complicated. And sometimes things don't go the way we hope. Counseling is a safe place to process your story and to seek change.

I work with adults and adolescents and am passionate about helping those struggling with issues of sexuality and sexual addiction. I also work with other presenting difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, men’s issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, spiritual concerns, and work stress. I count it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they courageously process their stories and navigate the difficulties of life. I desire to provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their hopes and fears, as well as unhelpful patterns in life. I'm also passionate about the outdoors, and specifically enjoy hiking and backpacking. I've also spent time as an outdoor adventure guide. I enjoy spending time with my wife Morgan exploring Northwest Arkansas as well as walking our basset hound.
