I welcome and enjoy working with people from various religious, cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds.

Most of my work has been centered around people managing concurrent mental health diagnoses, life transitions, chronic illnesses, people experiencing a crisis, and people who self-identify as disabled. It is also important for me to work with clients who are new to therapy or hesitant about starting. My goal as a therapist is to establish an open, authentic environment where clients can freely express thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences without judgment. I offer culturally responsive support inclusive of each individual's intersecting identities. I incorporate different therapeutic techniques into practice, depending on a client's goals & needs. I operate with the understanding that mental wellness is multi-dimensional and clients are the experts in their experiences. As your therapist, I will strive for our engagements to leave you feeling respected, supported, and valued. I would be honored to partner with you on your mental wellness journey. Please call, email or visit my website to get started.
