I’m Faith, and I would be honored to support you as you navigate the various challenges in your life. My primary goal as your therapist is to provide guidance and support tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or chronic illness, I am here to assist you. Additionally, for those who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process, I offer a faith-based perspective. I am passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and how some of these issues may present themselves somatically. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective in which I explore the emotional, physical, social, mental, and spiritual. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe and empathetic space that allows you to feel heard and seen.
