Certified Trauma Professional, Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychotherapist
Healing, growth, and nourishment are within reach! Change becomes easier when we uncover our true motivations and embrace more skillful strategies.
As a counselor, I am not easily unsettled by difficult histories or painful pasts. I meet my clients exactly where they are, honoring each persons experience, history and needs. I feel fortunate to have received solid training, in a multitude of therapeutic models, and am always growing myself. This allows me to work with even the most difficult states and entrenched issues; this all to bring forth a persons own wisdom and creativity to make real lasting change. My approach is direct and, at times, uncomfortably sincere. I reject political, social or personal polarization and believe that at our core, we are all human—each of us carrying a unique mix of neuroses and wisdom. My work spans acute and developmental trauma, couples counseling, men’s groups, and spiritual or existential concerns. One of the most rewarding aspects of my practice is helping people discover their innate capacity for growth, fostering deep connection and transformation beyond counseling. I value balancing the masculine and feminine and see being human as both a profound personal and spiritual achievement.
