I utilize different modalities of therapy, such as Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational, Somatic, creative art and psychodynamic therapies, and positive psychology. My experience has been with all ages up to 93 years old in home, school, clinical, and hospital settings. I have worked throughout LA County largely in trauma and parenting.
