Greetings! I am excited to work with you! I have over 20 years experience in a variety of settings from hospital based outpatient to my current consultation practice. I utilize a strength-based/trauma informed approach and focus on the unique qualities of each athlete I serve - I don't believe in a cookie-cutter model. You are the expert on you - I can assist with mental health and performance expertise. I am a partner on my client's journey and feel privileged to join you on yours.
