I have been practicing for 35 years (oy) in a range of treatment settings from community mental health and small non-profit working with high schoolers to my long-time present private practice here in Santa Cruz. I approach therapy from a strength perspective, from systems theory early on to an Internal Family Systems model (IFS) for the last 8 years. We will work together to set goals that address your needs.
