I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia with a major in Psychology and a minor in Children's & Women's Studies. I utilize a solutions focused, strengths based and behavioral approach as well as a mindfulness-based skill set and have completed extensive training in trauma, anxiety and mindfulness therapy. I believe in your ability to heal and expand your personal growth through maintaining a positive approach with the right support system behind you. As your therapist, I aim to offer emotional support and create confidence while helping to guide you on your path to healing through difficulties, trauma, decisions or plans. My goal is to motivate you and help you create a new path through your journey. I consider my life experiences of being a Mother, Wife, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Social Worker to be very influential and I look forward to advocatin
