I approach clients with compassion and curiosity, guide them in exploring their past, identity, strengths and struggles to build a stronger sense of self.

You deserve a therapist who understands the layered, often complicated experience of growing up between cultures, identities, and expectations. My work centers young adults, teens, and first-generation clients navigating family dynamics, independence, big emotions, academic stress, or the pressure of being “the one who has to figure it out.” My approach is warm, steady, and grounded. I’m here to help you untangle what’s yours, release what isn’t, and understand how your past and cultural story shape your present. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or the pressure to keep everyone else afloat, I’ll help you build insight, regulation, and genuine self-trust. How I Work As a bilingual therapist who grew up straddling two cultures, I deeply understand the emotional and relational balancing act many first-gen and bicultural clients carry. You won’t have to over-explain, translate your experience, or shrink yourself to be understood. I meet you exactly where you are, honor your lived experience, and help you build a path that feels aligned with who you are becoming. In sessions, we work collaboratively and at your pace. This may look like processing trauma, exploring identity, strengthening boundaries, or learning nervous system regulation. My style is gentle but direct — supportive, yet focused on helping you create real, sustainable change. While I’m experienced in child therapy, I now specialize in teens and adults (13+), with a strong passion for supporting first-generation students, young adults, and parents navigating complex emotions and transitions.
