Got ADHD? I'm your gal. I work with adults from college-age to retirees who identify as (or think they might be) neurodivergent.

After more than a decade of working with children and families in community and school mental health settings, I pivoted to private practice during the pandemic and now I see adults for individual (and exclusively virtual) therapy. Whether you're experiencing anxiety or depression, looking to explore family-of-origin issues or past trauma, or want to improve current relationships, I can help. My area of expertise is in adults with ADHD; I enjoy coaching clients on how to embrace their differences (and stop fighting them) and better manage their time and energy in order to increase productivity and improve their overall quality of life. I use an eclectic approach, meaning I draw from various modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Family Systems, attachment-based, etc.) to meet each client's specific needs. I value authenticity and vulnerability, and I strive to create an emotionally safe space where my clients feel comfortable and can be their true selves. I meet folks where they are, use a social justice lens to inform my work, and welcome and affirm BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients.
