You are probably often told that college years are some of the best years of your life... by people who forget it is also scary and confusing and exhausting! I like to work with female students who may struggle with perfectionism, are having symptoms of anxiety or panic, people who are navigating transitions like moving to campus or preparing for or engaging in graduate programs. I'm also passionate about helping people recover from toxic relationships and starting to understand patterns in their family of origin.
