I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 5 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see individuals, groups, families and I address anxiety, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is client centered and strengths based. I am very goal oriented and enjoy helping clients work through problem solving whether that be in relationship issues or symptom management. I am CBT focused, but enjoy incorporating some DBT and ACT along the way.
