LCMHC, LCAS, PMH-C, CCS-I My goal is to provide a relationship which you may use for personal growth.

For over a decade, I have had the privilege of working with individuals in both mental health and substance abuse treatment. My goal is to provide a relationship which you may use for personal growth. Whether it’s post-partum support, day-to-day stress, relationship issues, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use recovery, or trauma, I partner with you when life becomes un-manageable to work towards positive change. I strive to create an environment that allows you to feel comfortable, safe and facilitates growth. My style is fluid, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I recognize that you are the expert on your life, maintaining a person-centered approach to: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Radical Acceptance, Exposure Therapy, etc. I recognize that mental illness and substance use also impacts loved ones, providing education and support while encouraging boundary setting and self-care.
