Pre-Licensed Professional
I strive to create a safe space for my clients to fully understand themselves and to feel heard and supported.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, especially teens and young adults. I have a special interest in supporting individuals dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, managing relationships, addressing eating issues, fostering positive body image, and enhancing self-esteem. I believe the foundation for therapy is the relationship. I want to create a space that feels approachable and safe to every individual. I will strive to make the therapeutic process collaborative and centered around your goals, with some friendly challenges thrown in at times. I look forward to working with you, and helping you set and meet your goals!
