Erin Kownacki

I am looking forward to meeting you. I have experience in several settings in mental health over the years including adult residential treatment, outpatient programs for co-ocurring disorders, non profit centers, and my current position in private practice. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice and I am LGBTQ+ affirming. My approach is unique in that I truly believe in the power of authentic human connection and meet every client where they are at. My style is direct, honest, and gentle at the same time and I have experience with different modalities such as attachment focused therapy, CBT, and somatic therapy. I enjoying providing education on mindfulness based approaches to healing and feel that I offer a holistic yet goal centered space for healing.
