Experienced LCSW specializing in trauma-informed care, guiding individuals and couples through life’s challenges with empathy and direct support.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience helping people navigate life’s toughest challenges. My journey into mental health care started after working in law enforcement, where I saw firsthand how mental health and substance use issues often go untreated. I knew I wanted to help in a different way—by creating a space where people can heal without judgment or fear of punishment. I specialize in trauma-informed psychotherapy, helping individuals, couples, and families process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and find healing. My approach is patient-centered, empathetic, and direct, using techniques like DBT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you manage stress, anxiety, and trauma. I’ve worked with people of color, women, individuals involved in the criminal justice system, and those overcoming substance use. Therapy isn’t easy—it can be uncomfortable and vulnerable at times—but it’s also deeply rewarding. I’m here to guide you through that process and help you achieve meaningful change. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying nature or indulging in a well-deserved manicure! Let’s work together to get you where you want to be.
