I am looking forward to meeting you. I have over 25 years of experience in both clinical and non-clinical settings working with teens and adults. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have developed expertise in addressing anxiety and depression; trauma; grief and loss; life and career changes; relationship issues and chronic medical conditions. I create a safe and engaging environment to help people understand they are not alone as they embark on their journey towards awareness and healing.
