In therapy and in life, I use humor and metaphor and ensure that my office is a judgement free zone so that we can really dig into the story of your life.

In therapy and in life, I use humor and metaphor and ensure that my office is a judgement free zone so that we can really dig into the story of your life. I cuss a lot because sometimes the proper emphasis on how sh***y things can be is important! I use an eclectic mix of therapies, including cognitive behavioral, narrative and mindfulness therapy and I add skills from other areas regularly. I empower individuals to determine their own goals for therapy and work towards those goals by taking concrete steps while I help them process the emotional aspect of any change.
