My mission is to empower women to gain the confidence they need in order to create a life that they love and desire. I enjoy working with adult women who feel stuck and/or are struggling with anxiety, and/or trauma. Outside of seeing clients, you can find me hiking, at the spa, at a trendy restaurant, spending time with my family, or trading the stock market.
