I offer a safe and compassionate space where we explore your challenges, foster resilience, and develop effective strategies for a more fulfilling life.

Sometimes we all need help. Life is not always easy which is why I have devoted my practice to assisting clients through their journey and empowering them through each step. My approach combines evidence-based techniques, compassion, and cultural sensitivity to ensure the highest level of care. I have over six years of working with various groups including college students, veterans/current military/military families, and lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals. No matter your identity, beliefs, or religion, I create a safe space where you can be the most authentic you as we work together. All sessions are conducted via online video.
