Erika Bloodworth
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I enjoy connecting and partnering with clients as they explore their journey through life.
I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been practicing for twelve years in a range of settings, from public schools and mindfulness centers to my current private practice. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping others find the tools to live healthy, authentic and empowered lives. I have experience working with pre-teens (10+), teens, and adults who may feel stuck, confused or simply unsure of what their next steps in life might look like. Beginning the journey to answer the many questions life throws at us can be daunting, but having someone by your side throughout the process makes the load easier to bear. With over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations in a variety of unique roles, I believe I have the clinical insight to help you find your footing. I employ a humanistic and mindfulness-based approach to therapy, with the goals of overcoming obstacles and setting the foundation for self-actualization. You have made a courageous step in your healing process by visiting MiResource. If you think I may be a good fit for you, don't hesitate to reach out! More info about me and my approach is available on my website.
