Erica Smith

As a therapist, I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership that works best when both parties are engaged in the work. I practice consent-driven care and partner with those working to do the hard work, as we sort through things together. As a social worker, I recognize and acknowledge the politics and tensions that are often present in our lives both internally and externally. I see my role as a partnership with the client, and am open and honest about the work required in this space.
