Creating safe spaces for people of all circumstances and races. We assist with the restoration of purpose and hope so clients can thrive and cope.
I am a husband, a father of twins with autism, a military veteran, and a "girl-dad". Through personal and professional experiences, I've learned that unmet expectations can be a major driver of distress. My approach is one where we unpack and develop healthier expectations so we can make better-informed decisions about relationships (i.e., faith, interpersonal, intrapersonal), career, and academics. Additionally, a sense of disconnection is another major driver of distress. When we feel disconnected from peers, family, or the world in general, a heavy sense of loneliness can emerge. We strive to build a genuine sense of connection with our clients so we can explore and assist with the restoration of connection to others. If you find yourself feeling "let down" by others, your job, or school or feel disconnected from those that are important to you, please consider reaching out.
