I primarily work with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression. I am queer-, polyam-, and neurodiversity- affirming.

I am Em (she/they). My practice is based in my values of safety, compassion, and growth. I work with clients to set treatment goals and explore how they want to grow while they are in therapy. I use EMDR and DBT as primary modalities of therapy and will use what best suits your needs in the therapy session. I am an alum of UW-Madison School of Social Work and know how important balancing multiple aspects of your life can be. I support folks in exploring their relationship to themself, to others, and their community. I am passionate about supporting queer clients and offer a space that is safe to do so. Clients I support may be struggling with post traumatic symptoms, depression, anxiety, identity concerns, and burnout, as well as other issues that may arise within those areas.
